Generations Healthcare: I work in rehab & I handle my business, but during this pandemic, caseload ratios got lopsided (10-13 pts for 4 days). therapists get "brain drained" from dealing w clients daily. But our CNAs have it worse. they constantly operate at 110% pulling 2 shifts. Even motors get rested by engineers.
Canidium: Great Experience, everybody is always ready to help you. Great working and improvement culture. Customer satisfaction oriented which provide joy at each achievement. I love what I do and hope to keep doing it for a long time. :]

RedShelf: I'm a fairly new employee, but have been felt welcomed and given opportunities to learn and figure out the job.
RedShelf: The management team needs to take a close look at the org structure as a whole. If one manager is overseeing more than 5 people, that indicates that there's a gap in leadership. Too many entry-level employees are doing manager-style work because of those gaps.
RedShelf: So far it has been very good. I really like that things get done, and quickly. The pace is great and I feel like everybody is enthusiastic about the mission.
RedShelf: Some times we take 2 steps forward, 1 step back. Other times we take a half step forward and 1 step back. Overall, I'm hopeful for the future of our teams and ability to overcome current cultural, compensation, and process challenges.
Canidium: Work/Life balance is a top priority. Leadership has a true open door policy, and frank and honest discussions are encouraged.
RedShelf: When I started, I knew nothing about the Ed Tech industry. Now I am very experienced and learned an entirely new role and profession. I am infinitely more prepared for my future now than I ever was before coming to RedShelf.
Readdle: I can't get ahold of this company by email or phone. Now I have to contact my credit card company to reverse the charges. Don't trust this company that likely is bankrupt or headed there.

It's great to work from home, but other companies are now offering work from home, but with quality benefits.

JobHopin: Jobhopin helps us with a variety of qualified CVs. The Bunny AI can search and suggest suitable candidates promptly. JobHopin's staffs are incredibly supportive and professional, which makes us feel very comfortable while working with.
Olo: CS department is severly underpaid. Lower 25 percentile based on Radford data. Support staff is hourly and does not get paid a lot. CSMs are on the lower end for tech/SaaS with no salary negotiations.
IMVU: the music -friends-love the desktop version so please dont get rid of it

Convo Communications: I've been working here for almost 3 years and with the hit of the pandemic things have changed but I still would recommend this place to other peers because they DO listen to what your needs are and they ARE flexible. Things are bumpy but it is still a great place to work!
Praxair: I love what i do and i am thankful for the opportunity. The only downside is that they never promote the people that deserve it. I have a co-worker sits on his personal cell phone all day and watches tic toc videos and he is grtting a promption. I have another manager who cant do what he manages.
