Divergent: The workplace culture is good, but it's a fast-paced environment and I definitely have more work than I can handle. It's also a smaller-sized company, so it's unclear if or when the company will grow to add more personnel to help me with my responsibilities.
AutoAnything: Communication with vendor and customer. The wait time music is sick. It only makes customers more aggregated. They have lost me loyalty and I will shop at another auto company!

They have me email him and explain OUR position. Days later, manager meets with client and takes over account, running same ads.
