Aamco Transmissions: Better warranty. After having transmission work done 3 years ago, the car is having additional transmission issues.
WeeCare: It's great to work at a mission-driven company with a team that truly wants to help solve the childcare crisis.
AccuLynx: It used to be a great place to work. But an "IN" crowd has formed and if you're not in it than good luck. Scheduled raises are non-existent. When and if you get a raise changes by year and their review notes are often just them trying to convince you you're lucky to still work there.
WeeCare: I have been at WeeCare since the early days and this is my favorite company to have worked for. The company is so mission-driven and everyone rallies behind making an impact. I'm very fortunate to be here.

Scipher Medicine: Overall I have had a positive experience at Scipher. There have been a number of employees leave- but in most cases (IMO) they were not a total loss- it is hard to be short employees especially with a small company but recruiting and retaining the right person is most important.
WeeCare: As a typical startup, it is always changing and that's something I like. The company challenges you to make yourself better for the company and your career. It's a culture of healthy feedback and everyone is hard-working.

Forma: Forma has an incredible culture that all employees strive to maintain! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, and it feels good to work at a company where we all care so much about what we do.
Lazarus Naturals: Horrible, very biased narcissistic supervisors. The PDX location specifically is horrible! Unprofessional. No stability, no urge to better employees! Unfair, poor treatment! Very Very Very Stressful

Bottle Rocket Corp: There is no differentiation in billable hours between junior, senior, and lead developers. All are expected to be 90% billable. This means efforts to improve the tech group don't seem to have time allocated for them. "Goals" for reviews just feel like extra work streams rather than how grow.
Handy HQ: It's been great the pay is ok but job details are very sketchy usually alot of work for a lil money

Edible Arrangements: Customer service is unresponsive, phone servive is exceedinglu slow and when orders made on line are messed up- central bles the franchises and the franchises blame cemtral and the customer hets no resolution at all- even when the mistake is costly for the customer.
Sanguine: It has been an wonderful experience. The team is very committed and everyone is kind and supportive of each other. It is an exciting place to be.

Lazarus Naturals: The CEO and managers are just out for the money. There was a job to go pick up some hemp in another state and the employees were stopped by law enforcement and the CEO refused to pay or take any responsibility for their legal bills. Their parents had to mortgage the house to post bail.
Sanguine: Working at Sanguine has been the best career move that I have made.

JobNimbus: I have been extremely happy here. I get positive recognition regularly. Coaching whenever I want it, but no less than once a week. I have had several pay increases here without even asking for them. I feel respected and cared for. The CEO - Ben Hodson, smiles and talks to everyone one on one.
Loup Logistics: Great company with good people. The work is challenging, but it is an amazing opportunity with rewarding work.
Cedar Financial: Overall I have had a great experience. My manager and our team work well together and really help to make an awesome work environment. There are things I think we could improve on as a company. But that can be said about any company. I believe upper management does listen and addresses any issues.

Vantage Deluxe World Travel: Customer Service. They are non-responsive to emails and it takes forever to reach them by phone.
Loup Logistics: We are often required to stay late because we are salary however if we need to get out an hour or two early here or there due to appointments or whatever we are required to take a half day. Shouldn't salaried employees work both ways. Employees feel required to work late. Need culture change

Nastel Technologies: Working at Nastel has been an excellent experience for me. I have learned so much throughout my time here. Our management and technical teams are truly experts in their field. Our CEO shows true leadership and guides each team for success. Customer centricity is a priority here which is so nice.
Walker Sands: The company's rapid evolution and growth in my time there has been both the most challenging and most rewarding aspect of the job.

Smile.io: Questions asked relevant to the job, technical assessment relevant and not overly time consuming to complete.
Sophia Genetics: Toxic management, toxic positivity is the top skill of all managers, bad culture, lack of learning opportunities, lack of autonomy, and most importantly lack of trust. The "happy" employees suffer from organizational Stockholm Syndrome.

Forma: It's a fast-growing company with a lot of potential and great benefits. But it's hard to achieve a work-life balance. It's normal to have late night meetings for employees who are based outside of the US. I saw my colleagues working late in other time zones all the time.
