Have the opportunity to help my customers, fix they equipment and bringing confidence in the company. Have the opportunity to know more of them and let them know that they are important to me as person, not only as a number
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well the work that we made as Electricians is one were our knowledge is backed up by a license that required a lot of study and years of preparation. When you examine the salary difference between one Electrician leve1 and a Technician level 1 that difference don't made justice for the Electrician.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Be a leader that guide you, that when you are going to made a mistake or are if you already did, have the courage and integrity to sit you down and let you know what you did and show you how to prevent that happen again. And after the warning, give you feedback on your doing.
