Last year was a tough one for me but I had faith things would change and they did. I am generally very pleased with this company and intend to stay for as long as they will have me.

The diversity, transparency, ability to actually move the needle and the common thread amongst my peers to win is what keeps me excited about the culture here at Sunnova.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am generally pleased with the executive leadership team but believe there is room for improvement. Leadership needs to aligned toward the same goal. While keeping everyone on their toes and adding some healthy competition is good, our executives seem too focused on their depart goal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart - dedicated and hard-working and when they are not, they stick out like a sore thumb because at Sunnova you have to work like it's your own business or like you have skin in the game or it will be hard to nagivate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership's desire to be the best in the industry is contagious here at Sunnova. Our leaders are transparent, strategic yet able to roll-up their sleeves. They work hard and expect those that report to them to work equally as hard. Our leadership leads by example .
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely hardworking. They treat the business as if it were their own. The industry we work in and the impact our work makes is what makes me work harder and with more focus because working at Sunnova is not just a job, it's a way of life.
