Good sense of humor amongst the team members. Able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.

Trying to hire personnel into the department. The individuals we are talking to are making 10 to 15% more then the managers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Salary's are very poor. Different organizations have conflicting objectives and priorities. Put's middle managers in the various organizations in a bind.

Good communication between the team members. We can be open and direct. We focus on the tasks at hand. Know what our short and long term goals are
