My experience here at Sunnova has been amazing! I have never had such a great job like this one. When I started, I did not know how great this job would be to me. I started doing emails, then moved to Tier 2 Admin then, moved to calls full time. I'm so ready to continue to grow in the company!

the best part about my compensation package would be the bonus.

I like how much my Supervisor does for us, like a family!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always ways to grow in the company and everyone has great values.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I call a customer and complete validation call and the customer states that they are so excited to get the solar panels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do calls all day, other agents, doing emails or calls, get paid the same. If not more. I do not really see that as fair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How fast you can learn new things in the company and the excellence of the work place. The building is very beautiful and we have many opportunities here at Sunnova.
