
Team building and focusing on employees as human beings. It is very top down, antiquated management styles. Employees need to feel empowered
I'm not sure honestly and I had to consider resigning from the company because of the lack of culture and mgmt styles.
It is a fair compensation, although I have seen other employees not get paid fairly or raise when they gain a new degree or specialty.
Many coworkers I do enjoy working with but many are not good at owning up to if they make a mistake and working together on the big picture.
