I think its a good company. We had a rough patch the last two years with merging. We had some leaders that were not making a difference and leaders who were amazing but overlooked. While we are trying to be a diverse company I think we can do more about Senior leadership positions having more woman
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Aimbridge has given me a lot of opportunities. I think that we still have a lot of work to do on recognition and culture in the company to ensure it trickles down through the field. Looking forward to seeing the changes we make this year and owners feeling more confidence in us.

CEO and ELT team takes time to listen and ask questions.

Love that we are now trying to work together as one team and not individuals.

They are open to feedback and ask for help from the field to make things better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K match , unlimited PTO- even if hard to take-health benefits are good, wish the bonus package reflected more of what our hotel leaders get.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard with the properties. They are always trying to be the best and train there teams to be the best also. They follow up and care about their jobs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no leader at the moment for Select Service but Aly was doing a great job until he left. The Exec team takes time to listen and ask questions and try to move on changes which is appreciated. Thanks
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the new leadership team is making changes t help the company get better. Its been a rough year with inefficient leaders in areas that did not foster collaboration and did not want to change based on numerous complaints.
