In the years that I have spent with Aimbridge, the company has made me feel like family and my leaders have looked out for my best interest and what will help me grow with-in the company.

I started my career with Aimbridge in 2014 and have seen the company continue to grow and provide me opportunities to advance through my tenure. I look forward to spending many more years with Aimbridge and hope to continue to advance for as long as I'm afforded the opportunities.

Interacting with my team and guests.

My leader is transparent and provides feedback that helps me improve my leadership style.

They're a great group of folks that enjoy their work and keep it fun while still delivering on the business expectations.

I personally don't have health insurance through our company but enjoy the employee rate benefits, holiday pay and PTO benefits offered to us.

The positivity that is shown by all staff members which is infectious which also spills out to our guests and provides positive results.

The environment that we have created is a place on inclusion where everyone's voice is heard and we have open discussion without judgement.

I feel that the perks at work is great and the ability to utilize the Aimbridge Employee discount at several hotels across many brands.

All my leaders do a great job communicating expectations and providing details about the companies initiatives as well as supporting us on the property level.

Interacting with both our internal guests (team members) and our external guests and how I can make the environment more conducive for our overall success.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team has been dedicated to both the hotel and Aimbridge for several year and understand the expectations and goals to be successful. They all have great attitudes and know how important it is to take care of our team members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The attitude that all our staff chooses to show up with daily. Hearing guests tell me about the positive interactions that they have with our staff warms my heart and makes me feel great about the work that we do daily.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

All leaders understand the importance of our people and that without them we can't be success. I feel that our company and hotel has put a great deal of emphasis on talent development and grow our team which creates a positive environment in my eyes.
