This used to be a company I was proud to work for. Now I feel like it has just become disconnected and totally unorganized. They talk about "The Aimbridge Way" but the values they preach don't align with their execution.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a GM I have significantly increased wages throughout the hotel in almost every position over the past three years. We had to do this to remain competitive. That has not happened with management. Of course there was no increase in 2020 and a 3% increase in 2021 and 2022.
