I love the property I'm attached to. My commute is good, only 20 minutes from work. I'm encourage to think outside the box to drive revenues and service. I have a great ownership group and asset manager. My regional VP is supportive. Life is good!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very competitive group! We want to be the best hotel in the Atlanta area.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A lot of companies have stopped proving any 401K match for associates. Through Covid19 and all the ups and downs we have faced over the past three years I have been able to grow my retirement. Thank you
What makes you most happy at work?
Success! Operating a hotel as you know there is a lot of ups and downs but when you have a taste of success there is nothing better and you want to do what ever you can to continue that success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is like a family, we have celebrated our success together and cried together when our families and loved ones have gone through tough times. Not much I would do for my team and associates. We are truly in it together!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication and tools provided by Aimbridge puts property teams in the best position to succeed. Working with Marriott for a large portion of my career we had strict standards we followed, working with Aimbridge I feel our team has more of an entrepreneurial approach to grow business.
