We are operating with minimal leadership on our team, having trouble recruiting and retaining good people. Puts more of a burden on me to take care of issues outside of sales. most days are pretty exhausting.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
overall very good- only complaint is the amount of time spent on reporting and getting tickets open and requests corporate level completed is very timely and takes away from selling and leading my team- it can be overwhelming.

when the work load is achievable- I like my work, there is a just a lot of it!

When operation is running smoothly and hotel doesn't have major issues such as chillers breaking down, elevator issues and other random crisis
