Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparable pay based on position. Compared to other management companies I feel that we are lower paid wages.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sharing, Caring, Fun opportunities at work and within the company. We have a great communication internally within the hotel and within the LA area DOS network.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
2 out of 3 of my GM's really embrace the Aimbridge culture. They push positive work ethics, internal growth, assisting ALL staff members on achieving professional growth. They make work fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct boss is deeply caring and genuinely cares about me as a person and my job performance. They ensure I balance work and personal to ensure what is best for me health wise. I also love the sharing of great opportunities from leadership - GM and Regional VP's.
