I have enjoyed my time with Aimbridge and have been able to grow within the company, while also helping others on my team grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the bonus plan. I wish our health insurance plans were a bit better.

When my team attains their goals and when a great STR report comes out :)

Aimbridge looks for ways to promote from within the company and support development of it's associates.

We work together and look out for one another. We are professional and know how to get our jobs done.

Hospital Indemnity - Sounds odd, but as a mother of a medically complex child, this is a big help for our family.

My GM is approachable, kind, and always has creative solutions. I appreciate his support of a work/life balance and confidence he has in my abilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like our DOHR works hard to create a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Our team seems to be in a good place at the moment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The see me as a person and value my contributions. I feel like my GM works with me and is flexible as needed. He is quick to offer guidance as needed.
