What makes you most happy at work?

Otis our mascot is the best.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they care about me as a person.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My teams character is quality and care driven. We look out for each other in all ways.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The positive part is that I have worked with some of the people at this property for 6 years and I have had the chance to see them grow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do feel undervalued by Aimbridge. As a DOCC in the industry for 25+ years, it is humiliating to punch in and out. Institutions say I don't make enough based on base rate and Aimbridge wants me to take the fight with a letter of OEM. Telehealth dropped and then charged me $500. No announcement
