Aimbridge is very diversified in culture. All cultures are welcome!

Here at Aimbridge I feel like we are all family. Everyone seems to genuinely care about each other personally and professionally.
What makes you most happy at work?
No bullying anymore in my department. No drama or cattiness. Everyone has fun, but acts like adults and treats each other as such.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are family. We think WE not ME and do whatever it is needed to get the job done, Regardless of it being our property or not we help each other when over loaded.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good salary and I consider working from home two days a week an added compensation bonus. I live far and pay alot in gas and tolls. I do wish we had a bonus program for the Corporate hourly associates.
