In reference to "Your Company" I speak to my specific property. As far as AIM, I would speak lower to them specifically. the communication from the Corp office to their employees and then in turn to properties is not good. Also supporting a property should not be "open an M7 ticket" we have regional
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an Interstate associate, I feel that there were lost benefits, bonus structure decreased, fewer paid holidays, OEM status for managers in the building causes frustration.
What makes you most happy at work?
working with people I have had years to grow relationships with. Meeting new people and having the ability to mentor and make people believe in themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am fortunate to have seasoned EC Members and department heads that care for their department and teams. I feel supported, encouraged and appreciated by my peers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On property we celebrate the small things. we show appreciation to each other and thank each other for support. We win as a team and we don't want each other to fail.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have the privilege to work with a very seasoned GM who has strong work ethics and pushes and strives for all his team EC and down to do better and be the best we can be. He has his good and bad but overall I feel he supports me and my position and my colleges (EC) and all other levels of associat.
