There are clear directives. Communication is essential to feeling secure in your position. This is a strength of our leadership team.

I work remotely so I do not physically get to sit down with the team. But we have a great relationship regardless of locations.

We have a clear direction. The entire company is focused on the goals. Everyone, from the top down, takes accountability for reaching those goals.

I am happy at work. Collaborating with the team and meeting new people. I am helping to shape the future of individuals and of our company. If that isn't cool, I don't know what is.
