What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Those I work most closely are encouraging and supportive.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My immediate supervisor is extremely supportive. My co-workers are positive and professional.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love hospitality so despite internal issues, I am still doing what I love!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I really like having a 401k and also sick days. These benefits are an anomaly in the hotel industry for my experience.

What makes you most happy at work?

I just love hospitality and so I am thankful to work for a company that has growth potential and the hotel I work at is extremely beautiful!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Our hotel leader does not communicate the expected expectations very well but then calls out people who are not following them. I find that unfair because the expectation was never communicated. It feels like you can't ask questions because they make it seem like you are bothering them.
