The fast pace, being able to find what I need so that I may be a resource to my team & interacting with my team and seeing them happy and succeeding

Mutual respect and hard working individuals, coming together for a common goal - we spend more time at work than at home, it has to be a respectful, happy environment - and we make it that way!
