Leadership creates a positive environment where employees feel comfortable and are able to talk openly with the management team. Open communication brings a since of care and belonging to the staff and others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market research is important. See what others are paying in the areas in which the hotel resides. it's going to be tough keeping employees if everyone else is paying more. Yes, we offer an incredible environment but how far does that go
