The company is good, but there are a few things I wish could change. For one the vacation, it takes 6 months for you to be able to utilize it and being able to pay out employees if they quit. If an employee quits with proper notice, they still do not get their earned sick and Vacation time

All warm towards each other, always say Hi in the hallways

They do offer lots of different insurance rather than just the basic 4.

We always have a blast, the most quiet team members tend to be the most adventurous
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I have a boss that wont breath down my neck and trusts me to do my assigned work and come to her if i need help
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very understanding. If a personal matter comes up and you need to either leave early or not show up, they let you with no hesitation. They know once you come back, you will work to get everything done like if i never left
