What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone, including management, takes responsibility for the success of the hotel, as well as taking responsibility when challenges arise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has been working together for a long time and the support from each team member is incredible. They are always there to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel extremely supported by my leadership. They are always open to hear my concerns and to help me overcome my obstacles, both personally and professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I know that I am valued, I just feel that I am underpaid. One example is that I am a 40 hour per week hourly employee in the sales office and if there is a holiday which closes the office, I do not get paid. I don't feel that this is fair.
