make me so happy to interact with my team members and customers with food I am able to impress and make people happy

simply and easily, I have a voice and most of all they listen to what I have to say and take actions to make sure my voice is heard

we have a beautiful mosaic of culture, different people, different countries, and different languages, but in the end, we all share the same passion for a place that cares about us

My team is very strong, we all share the same feeling, the company cares about us so we always take care of the company, we have a common vision, and we all work towards that direction
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very pleased that the company share bonus with head managers, I believe it is fair to share a little bit of the revenue with those that sacrifice many hours of their life to make the company successful, that everyone is getting pay fairly here
