I am trusted to lead my team. I am not micromanaged. I am encouraged to think outside of the box.

My sales team has several experienced managers who are experts in their field. We all enjoy working together and love our competitive spirit!

I do not utilize our medical benefits. Our sales incentive plan is a leader in the hotel industry, and I am thankful for that.

We are a strong, season sales team, which is currently all women. We take pride in our work, and have joined the Aimbridge AWE program!

My team's successes! We support each other, have an awesome competitive spirit within the company and continue to have great results for our wonderful owners!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy working directly with senior leadership and feel that they enjoy working with me s well. Our voices are heard on every level in this company and good ideas/solutions are often listened to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My corporate ales leaders are taking an active role in helping me develop for my next sales role, which I am ready for. Development is a big career factor for me, and my leaders take an active role in this.
