I have enjoyed working for the company over the past 8+ years. If benefits and incentives would be better, it would make for an absolutely great company to work for. The company has grown a little too large.

We all have been with Aimbridge for 8+ years so we are all very dedicated to the property, company, and our guests.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
absolutely NO fertility/adoption coverage; healthcare premiums ridiculously high, especially if you have to add a family; incentive trips were not handled fairly between the divisions, could go to a different company and make the same amount of money for 1 property as to when I oversaw 5 properties
