I feel Aimbridge is still as small company midset lost in a large company. It is hard to quantify the overall experience but as day to day most associates focus on their work in the hotel. Maybe overall the experience is a good one but there needs to be less US vs Them (field vs corpoarte)

The busienss of Hospitality is what drives me.

Choices of benefits are good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They want to improve above property relations as much as possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have been consisitant for years. Making day to day work much easier as we know how we work better. This is not the case normally in the hospitality industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a company that is hard to say since our work really in each hotel. Most associates do not understand we work for a larger company and not just this hotel. AS a hotel the team has been together for many years and that is the most positive thing.
