Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's tough to live in this economy with three young children. I would like to make more money.

With our common knowledge of the industry, it is easy to turn any difficult situation into a positive one.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

certain department heads are sloppy and tend to not do what they are supposed to. It is unprofessional to speak about personal issues and personal hygiene.
