What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Be more about teamwork. And more cleaner in their work spaces or storage areas. Don't talk about one another. Do your job and go home.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As someone who is salaried I find it unfair I have to work 10 hours and not be paid for 2 of them 10 hours. Just 8. I don't get how that's legal?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Building is old full of mold, falling apart starting at the roof. Mold so bad in some rooms they're out of order long term. One area blocked off because of mold super bad. Carpets are worn. Linen is marked from old dryer machines
