good locally, regional team members have not been really supportive, now we have NO neutral representative, the new one basically works directly for ownership.

our team that has been here for years and treat everyone like family.

our team has worked together a long time and feels like family. GM's on the other hand, turn over very frequently
What do you like best about the leadership team?
property team is fine, it's the regional team that needs some work. current regional team members do not support the property, they are 100% supportive of the the owners. Zero support for the property team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
our benefit plan is terrible. i wouldn't mind the high cost if it was better. my spouse works for another local company and their health benefits are 10 times better and less than 1/2 the cost.
