I love my job. I plan to work here for a while. I would like to move up in my role for sure. I have grown a lot within my role now and I feel as if I am an important person at my property.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like when I am included and informed with new things by the leadership team. Sometimes I am left out on things I feel I should be included in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel with my job title I should be paid more. I have also expressed that I want to grow and I have yet to move up the ladder - I am coming up on two years and I am confident I have the knowledge and tools to be promoted.
