What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are accessible, passionate and believe in hospitality

What makes you most happy at work?

The customers that we tend to forget about when we don't remodel or have the amenities we should due to following the budgets.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are a lot of opportunities if you want to move, great that a lot work from home. Lots of calls and reports to attend. Nice to see visits from corporate no matter where you are in spite of high plane tickets

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The job is 24/7 with a lot of communication all the time with no down time, you are always working. Some people get compensated for phones, we make everyone use them to do everything, if all employees were given even $15 per check per phone, we'd have retention. Only allowing 40 vac carryover bad.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard working, hospitality hearts, make due with what is given them. A pool not working, no hot tub, hot water, pool towels, or any towels, co worker not showing up and taking on extra shifts. Using own cleaning supplies when we cant order. saving face when we cant order market items or linens
