I'm still very new with Aimbridge as this is my first month. MY onboarding experience was fantastic, my leaders are all great, my team are all at great starting places for further growth. As someone who has worked for many brands/companies, this is one of the best.

MY leadership trusts me to do the job they hired me to do. They are willing to try new things and give me space to grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a very diverse team with different backgrounds. They all bring something different to the table. The different departments all communicate well with each other and I feel a strong sense of teamwork.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is able to connect with me and my associates on a relatable level. Each of them are open to share their own journeys and experiences in a way that relates to my own. They are focuses on accomplishing the goals of the company while creating a great working culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel it is an open and accepting work environment. Other department leaders are happy to work with me on my own initiatives. As a new employee who came in with leaders that have been working together for a long time, I was accepted. Everyone is willing to offer assistance, answer questions.
