What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel that it is average

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a successful team even without direction

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Aimbridge states We not Me I think they should walk that walk

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My clients have sent Rob Smith and Mark Tamis emails in regard to the above and beyond attitude of the hotel however not only did I not hear from anyone at Aimbridge my team was not celebrated My clients received responses I didn't have the heart to tell them we received nothing

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The hotel I work at did not retain Aimbridge as a management company. I have not heard from my VP of Sales since December and found out we were sold by our New Management company...Still have not heard from my VP of Sales or VP of Opps I wanted to stay with Aimbridge but was not offered a position
