Being able to express myself and working with other that understand me.

working as a big team, we don't have much of the "it's not my job"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money like everyone else, everything is expensive now and being a single mom with no other income it's a bit harder. But I do enjoy my job some days are ruff like any other job but most of the part is good. I have a great team :)
