We are cohesive and work together really well! Every single person cares about the success of our hotel for associates, guests and owners!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to be MYSELF at work. The growth mindset. I came from outside the industry with an HR background and decided I wanted to be a GM. I am WELL on my way there through the RISE program. I will be starting as the Director of Operations at another Aimbridge hotel in a couple of weeks.
