The corporate leadership understands that to run a large hotel company that culture is most important and I see the systems improving to provide more consistency across the Regional VP's.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We focus on the way we treat our employees as the best strategy to providing good customer service. There is an ample amount of training between Aimbridge and Hilton.
