What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a new VP of Sales and New Rev Manager. I'm looking forward to working with New VP of Sales and learn what she brings to the table for support and growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't agree with OEM as a DOS. All salaried managers time is calculated on 2080 hours. OEM DOS is calculated on 2280 hours. Salaried managers full day of PTO is 8 hours and they are compensated when taking PTO vacation & sick time. OEM DOS have to use 9.5 hours in order to be paid
