Not the best most days i feel like i made a mistake leaving my job to come here. The leadership has not been the best at all. The training was not good at all. Upper management talks to you like your a burden or dumb. Despite being able to do the job to stay in standard. Benefits are good though.

We all try hard and are dedicated to becoming better and growing despite our leadership example.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite out leadership we still come together to ensure the success of our hotel. We work hard and grow the hotel to make it one of the best in the area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make the same amount as the managers under me. My raise was a joke eventhough it was budgeted for more. I got a 2% raise if that. Even though my review was good. The training was terrible.
