I am really happy with my team, leadership and the 3 buildings I have the honor of selling. My biggest challenge is how little PTO is earned and how many years required to increase that amount. Especially considering PTO includes sick days. I would love to see an improvement here. Otherwise, perfect

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid very fairly with great opportunity to enhance my earnings with commissions. Would love to see improvement to PTO allowed.
