Smart, servant hearts, hard workers, come from all walks of life (diverse) All age ranges.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works hard. Everyone supports each other. No one is sitting around complaining or dogging the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
She is standing in because my manager, who I also adored, left the company. So, current supervisor was my manager's manager. She is smart, approachable, cares about us. She is SO busy but is doing a great job keeping in touch with us and ensuring that we feel seen and have a seat at the table.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Blue Cross Blue Shield premium package! Which I understand is going away. That is very disappointing as it will take a lot of time to see if all of my family's doctors accept the new plan. We were never really told why that happened. Just BAM... we have a new premium plan and yours is gone.
