That they are supportive, transparent, and listens.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and unlimited PTO - although PTO is it tough to take due to volume of work / calls / meetings /etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team of DOSs are their dedication, drive and desire to succeed. Always wanting to learn more and develop their skills. Positive team with great work ethic. I feel they always want to make me proud.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting through the all the tasks that need to be completed in a day whether its reports, owner communication, P & L decks (prep), Team one on ones, etc. If the TO DO list is complete - that is a happy day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Be inclusive, be respectful be curious. - there could be some improvement in communication with the various levels. Become Better. Every Day. - we have the best tools available to us to make data-based decisions daily - this is AWESOME! It allows us to be strategic in all that we do.
