I am new and learning how to be an AGM. I enjoy learning from the back end of hotel and move forward to learn how it all fits. I love it! from the pace to the people i work with they all are great. My GM teaches me everyday and great guidance gives me confidence.

They have expanded our holidays recently and i feel insurance is affordable

I enjoy seeing my family everyday and striving to be the best is our goal as a family

we are a team no matter the role we rely on each other. we express feelings and help each other on off days
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are free to express and its safe to do so. I feel everyone has a voice and safe to use with no reprocussion. It is a good company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they all listen and makes me feel part of a team. They also help me learn in ways that i feel capable. Work is fun and not stressful.
