I have only been employed for 2 months, so I have had to deal with a learning curve, but every day it is getting better and better as I become more comfortable in my role here.

they are supportive and have positive attitudes, always willing to help out as a team to make things go smooth
What is the best part about your compensation package?
working four ten hour shifts I did not enroll in medical or dental here. the deductions were too high for me
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they support my role at the hotel, ensuring I know what is expected of me and helping me develop into a better employee overall
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there doesn't seem to be any or very little toxic behavior which is a plus. A supporting management team is extremely helpful to feel like I belong.
What makes you most happy at work?
when there are no hiccups and the day goes by smoothly. Happy guests so I know I am doing my job in the best possible way
