This is a great company to work for based on on the people that I work with and for. Have had a pleasant experience with the company. The only concern is the base pay for above property roles outside of Operations are underpaid.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus plan in not lucrative and base pay is lower than other Management companies.

Working w/ my properties and assisting hotels to move the needle to the next level and seeing positive results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing that creates a great culture are the people I work w/ and the hotel properties staff.
