In general I enjoy this company and my coworkers, but with management changes we have a new manager that the majority of the team does not like.

The majority of coworkers are very friendly and work together well

Everyone generally gets along well and is willing to help each other when needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are very close to the downtown city center, but I would make at least 5k more doing the same position in the city center.
