Overall my experience has been well enough to keep me at the company for 17 years, but I do get very frustrated with our low market/industry salary, lack of maternity/paternity leave, 401k benefits and the fact that someone that directly reports to me has a higher salary than I do.

To extent Aimbridge believes strongly in promoting from within and developing our people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my team members grow from within and growing their careers with Aimbridge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some extremely talented people on our team that I enjoy collaborating with and reaching out to brainstorm to find new ideas to implement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The majority of the time our senior leadership is fair in holding our team accountable for results and supporting us when we do need further assistance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One of my direct reports has a higher salary than me with less experience and tenure at Aimbridge. In addition to my direct team, I do not feel that Aimbridge has a fair salary scale for the same position within the company.
