Aimbridge needs better benefits. A big reason why I stay is because I need healthcare. The trainings are mediocre at best. One of the HR managers is not engaged and just shows a powerpoint slide and makes us read it silently. I've never been to weekly manager meetings that serve alcohol either.

Hard to say. There is definitely misogyny and unconscious bias that occurs here.

They show support, provide constructive feedback and provide me with the tools I need in order to succeed ad for my team to succeed.
