A lot of things. Not enough words to describe.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
hmmm, culture is diverse and the environment is healthy.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom I get. I love just being able to go to the bathroom when I need to, listen to my music if I need to lock in and get my work done, and then also I love being able to take breaks and talk to my coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tbh, I would like more pay in this economy. I also do both sales coordinator and front desk when needed. I know I get overtime, but truthfully for what I offer to our team and the value I bring, I just feel like I am worthy of a higher pay :)
